Our clients want and need good communication. In an evolving world of technology, more pressures on small business owners and private clients, and ever increasing accounting, tax and business complexities, the means of communication is vital.

Listening is a skill which we do not take for granted. It is important that we take time to establish your needs and requirements so that we can tailor solutions which save you time and money and deliver results which exceed your expectations. By listening we can establish what your priorities are and what is most important to you.

Communications

Communicating well is key to any business relationship and we achieve this in various ways.

Proactive: We utilise the traditional forms of communication including meetings, telephone, post and email. We also keep an eye on technology and software developments and can bring you Skype, Live Messenger and Social Site communications.

Available: Our goal is to be available and there for you. There are times when we are unavailable due to client meetings or other commitments but we always aim to keep you informed. Our hours of communication have also been extended so that we can work around you and your existing business and related commitments.

Clear: We will speak openly with you in terms which are easily understood. Yes, at times, there are a lot of technical terms but we explain these in a concise manner to you so that our message is clearly understood.

Timely: We will communicate with you throughout the year and in plenty of time prior to deadlines. This is one-to-one communication, normally in person or by telephone, although we are happy to use any other method which works for you. You will be kept up to date with changes via our newsletters, seminars and direct contact with our staff.

  • Flexible approaches to suit your needs, working style and requirements.
  • One of our goals is to keep our promises. On the rare occasion where it cannot be kept for any reason, you will be kept informed of progress and advised immediately of any unforeseen delays. You will always be kept in the picture and understand exactly where we are.
