Comunication Methods
Accountancy Online provides a complete package to our clients to ensure that we are available as much as possible both inside normal working hours and outside of these hours. We recognise that as business owners or individuals, it is not always easy to communicate inside normal working hours and in the traditional manner.
To resolve this, we provide the following communication methods to our clients:
| Telephone: | It goes without saying that we like to speak to our clients. We can be contacted on 0844 549 9399 and if we are unavailable please let us a message. We do try and return all calls as soon as possible and your voicemail message is emailed to us so that we can reply to any urgent matters as quickly as possible.

| Email: | All our key client facing members of staff have direct email contact and this is directly linked to Smart phone technology so that if they are 'on the road', your email can be reviewed and responded to in a timely manner.

| Meetings: | Face to face meetings are always useful and we like to meet with you on a regular basis depending on your requirements. |
| Website: | Our website will be updated regularly and will include varied content in various media formats. We also have our 'Client Only' area where there are a number of useful options for communication including a Secure File Sharing area. |
| Newsletters: | Our regular newsletters including our monthly Tax Tips and News offer another form of communication to our clients and contacts. We aim to keep you informed and updated so that you can discuss any issues or concerns with ourselves. |
| Technology: | For those that are used to Social Media sites or online messaging services, we have introduced a number of solutions to cater for your requirements.
